The name is personal. Desi’s father had his own memorable way of saying “extraordinary,” and their affectionate joke became a word she carries in his handwriting as a tattoo. After helping her father, mother, and stepmother remain at home through the final chapters of their lives, Desi chose that word for a practice built around the steady, capable support she believes every family deserves.
